A boss from the heaven.
It is always nice to remember kind people as those vibrations (wherever he is ) will reach him and make him smile.
I have worked for a very long time and was reflecting on the bosses I had worked with, when one stood out – A C Gall. He was a very kind boss. Infact, I’ll list his Qualities, so you have an idea of who he is:
Had a good sense of humour. He was well respected and did his job well too.
Others Qualities in him- Integrity, Good communication skills, Humble / polite,
A good decision maker, Good listener, Delegation of jobs, Visionary outlook, Updating, Helpful, trust, Good learner, Patience, Problem Solver, not be a Dictator, Able and capable of completing the day’s tasks well and timely, Good traveler, getting relationship with others, Updating, Daringness, Innovative, Creative, Impartial, Selecting a good team, Proper action after the words, Ability to motivate people around, Punctual and time conceptual, never be Tensed/Stressed, never be Overloaded.
Once I had a real problem with the local traffic department, he really helped me and advises me to take your absent period as a holiday and forget about all other complication. He touched my finger through the small gap and said “Ok, now you are on vacation”. He trusted me. I can't tell you how wonderful that feeling was. I won’t write much here. (keep it modest) I have worked with other nice bosses over the years, (and one or two - not so nice) but you can see why he will always be a boss that I’ll remember. I think also because it was my first experience. I worked with him for about 10 years.- wonderful times in my life!!!
